SMS Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 1, 2026
Stackpoint uses text messaging to coordinate meetings through its scheduling assistant. By providing your mobile phone number or replying to a scheduling message, you agree to receive meeting-coordination texts (proposed times, confirmations, reschedules) from Stackpoint.
Message frequency varies; typically 1-5 messages per scheduling conversation.
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reply STOP to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we will confirm your opt-out and send no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at team@stackpoint.com.
Mobile numbers and opt-in data are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
How consent is collected
Text messaging consent is collected directly: an individual provides their mobile number to Matt Zisow or to Quinn, Stackpoint's AI scheduling assistant, while coordinating a meeting, and agrees to be contacted by text. The consent language used is:
"Is it OK if Quinn, Stackpoint's AI scheduling assistant, texts you at this number to coordinate this meeting? Message frequency varies (typically 1–5 messages per scheduling conversation). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help."
The first text message sent to any number identifies the sender and includes opt-out instructions.
