LoanLight was named the Act 1 winner at the inaugural act Tech Summit, The Mortgage Collaborative's new lender-first technology event, held August 12-13 in Dallas.

LoanLight was one of fifteen Presenting Solutions selected in June, after a two-week independent scoring period run by the summit's review council, made up of top lenders.

Founder Max Klein demoed LoanLight's suite of AI agents addressing non-QM's hardest challenges, which now runs from pre-underwriting QA into underwriting itself. Agency lending has had a standard automated underwriting system for decades in DU and LP. Non-QM never has. LoanLight is building one inside the LOS lenders already use.
